‘Aurientation’ is an immersive environment that examines sound and spatial definition in both a literal and abstract way.
It is an ongoing collaborative work that asks questions such as, what does ‘up’ sound like, how does
‘backwards’ sound? Jay works with artists from a range of disciplines to investigate different responses to these prompts and how the emerging grammar of navigating immersive environments can be investigated and developed.
